Bangkok Expressway Public Company Limited commit to improve service quality providing more convenient transport to motorists by adding toll booths, the entrance and exit at Ngamwongwan and Prachachuen road. Furthermore, the company improved other services namely,

Expanding the off ramp at Silom road to alleviate traffic congestion in these areas.

Expanding traffic lanes at on ramp of Yommaraj toll plaza in the direction toward Din Daeng, Rama 9 road and Chaeng Watthana to enhance traffic flow.

Expanding off ramp of Rama 9 road to facilitate mortorists heading to Jaturatit.

Adding off ramp of Mahanakorn road for mortorists heading to Rama 4 road without having to wait for the traffic light signals.

Expanding the entrance of Bang Sue Toll Plaza and improving the exit of Ngam Wong Wan 2 Toll Plaza to facilitate motorists to making a u-turn conveniently to the Khae Rai Intersection.

Cooperated with the Department of Highways to construct a flyover across Srinagarindra Intersection to connect to the Motorway so as to enable those motorists wishing to travel towards the East to enter the Motorway without having to wait for the traffic light signals at the at-grade road.

Constructing the flyover crossing Prachachuen road to alleviate the problem of crossing lanes, decrese of waiting cars at toll booth, and enhance the efficient traffic flow and more safety.

Three outbound tollbooths at Prachachuen Toll Plaza were modified to accommodate both inbound and outbound directions to allow for more rapid traffic flow at the Toll Plaza.

Adding tollbooths to Ratchadapisek, Surawong, Asoke 1, Hua Lam Phong and Prachachuen Toll Plaza.

Improving three toll booths at Asoke 4 Toll Plaza to be special toll booths during morning rush hours to accommodate motorists coming from the Motorway, Srinagarindra, Patthanakan and Ramindra.

Adding two toll booths at Srinagarindra Toll Plaza.

Installing one reversible lane toll booth at Asoke 3 Toll Plaza (outbound) to alleviate the accumulated traffic at the front of the Toll Plazas during the rush hours.

Adding toll booth at Pracha Chuen 2 (inbound) Toll Plaza from 3 to 4 toll booths and Yan–Phahon Toll Plaza from 2 to 3 toll booths.
