When your car is in trouble, do not break immediatly and turn its wheel. Calm down and slow down, look left, right and control it to the left emergency lane.
Do not get out quickly and, if you have a Mobile phone call Expressway Control Center. Phone number 02-664-6400 or 1543
In case you do not have a mobile phone, look for an emergency telephone which are located every 1 Kilometre.
Get out of your car carefully and go to the nearest emergency telephone along the left lane, and take notice of the white distance numbers with dark blue background, which are placed on the expressway every 100 Metres.
When you reach an emergency telephone, automatically call Control Center and brieftly inform the offices of the Distance Number which your car is located.
After finishing your information, go back to your car and wait for the officer. Do not stand on the road, and an officer will reach you within 15 minutes.
Caution : No charge for emergency officer, operations except for petrol costs or the cost of chemical dust to remove of petrol on the road.Petrol cost : In case petrol is finished, the officer will put in a level sufficient for you to get off from the expressway and find a petrol station. Petrol cost depends on the market rate, and average appoximately 100 Baht only.
Chemical dust : In case your car is in trouble and petrol spills onto the road, for safety purpose, our officer must use chemical dust to remove it. This cost will be charged on you.
No charge for tow truck service (free) : In case your car is in trouble, our officers will help you to move your car off the expressway to the nearest exit. This is free of charges but in case it has such charge, call Control Center immediately.
