How to refund the Easy Pass Deposit of Baht 200
( Entitled for the customer hold a deposit of Baht 1,000 )

  1. Only BECL's Easy Pass customer applied prior to 1st of January 2011 is eligible (Easy Pass number 19 digits begins with 308592 xxxxxxxxxxxxx)

  2. Submit refund request form (Available at toll plazas, Customer Service Center at BECL, or Download here MS Word Adobe PDF )
  3. Required Documents
    1. Copy of ID card (For personal ownership) or Copy of Certificate of Corporate Registration (For Company Ownership)
    2. Proxy (Required for no show in person)
    3. Copy of the owner's passbook account (Required for cash back option only)
  4. Submit all required documents to
