- Submit refund request form (Available at toll plazas, Customer Service Center at BECL, or Download here

- Copy of ID card (For personal ownership) or Copy of Certificate of Corporate Registration (For Company Ownership)
- Proxy (Required for no show in person)
- Copy of the owner's passbook account (Required for cash back option only)
