"Let’s see the movie with Expressway”
The company recently organized the “Temple Tour in Petchburi with Expressway”, leading the two groups of 84 Expressway users to follow the historical footsteps by visiting temples and tasting delicious cuisine from the Old City.
"BECL organized the “Children Day” activity”
BECL organized the “Children Day” activity. The activity was joined by children of BECL’s staff and children from school nearby expressway.

"Expressway Invites Motorist Families to Visit King’s Project”
Bangkok Expressway Public Company Limited or BECL organized the activity “Expressway Invites Motorist Families to to Visit King’s Project” by bringing the
group of 15 motorist families (43 persons) to visit Royal Nature Conservation
Center and Khun Dan Prakarnchol Dam in Nakornayok province on the occasion
of the father’s Day.
"BECL organized Bond Holder’s Activity”
Bangkok Expressway Public Company Limited or BECL invited 62 BECL’s Bond Holders joined “Thai Culture Activity at Rose Garden Riverside”. The activities also included river cruiser to Wat Rai Khing and Don Wai market in Nakorn pathom province in the beginning of November.
"BECL provided Train the Trainers Campaign”
BECL coordinated with Education Department of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration provided “Train the Trainers Campaign” in order to develop English teaching skill for 20 elementary English teachers from 12 schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Authority located new expressway.
"Expressway Invites Motorist Families to Preserve Coral Reef”
Bangkok Expressway Public Company Limited or BECL organized the activity “Expressway Invites Motorist Families to Preserve Coral Reef” by bringing the group of 39 Expressway users, 13 families to jointly nurture coral reef at the Royal Thai Marine Corp, Sattahip, Chonburi on the occasion of the Mother’s Day.
"Expressway Scholarships to Adjacent Schools”
The Company granted scholarships to underprivileged students with good academic records, including funds for school development for educational purposes for two consecutive years to schools adjacent to the Expressways, totaling five schools, namely, Chumchon Wat Sadet School, Wat Phasuk Manichak School, Wat Buakhwan School, Rama IX Kanchanaphisek School and Wat Uthaitharam School.
“Expressway Promotes Environmental Conservation”
The Company organized the “Expressway Promotes Environmental Preservation” by bringing the group of executives and staff to jointly nurture coral reef at the Royal Thai Marine Corp, Sattahip, Chonburi on the occasion of the world Environment Day.
“BECL organized “Company Visit” activity”
Bangkok Expressway Public Company Limited or BECL organized the “Company Visit” activity by inviting the group of 95 shareholders to visit the Control Center of the Si Rat Expressway and its routes as well as tourist attractions nearby the Expressway at Phra Chula Chom Klao Fort Naval Historical Park. The activity purposed for shareholders to well understand the business operations and to ensure good relationship between shareholders and the Company.
“Learning Sufficiency Economy with Expressway”
The Company took the group of 64 students from Wat Phayayang School and 62 students from Wat Mahaprutharam School to visit the rice farming demonstration of Teacher Thani in Pathum Thani Province for youths to be aware of value of Thai rice, rice farming and to raise their awareness in relation to sufficiency economy.

BECL invited the families of three organizations namely, EXAT, Expressway Police Station 2 and BECL to see “Khan Kluay 2” in order to strengthen family relationship including the relationship among them at Major Cineplex Ratchayothin.

1.Good Relationship with Expressway Users
“Temple Tour in Ayudhaya with Expressway”
The Company brought the group of 80 Expressway users to travel together to follow the historical footsteps, by paying respect to the Buddha images, making merit, visiting temples and hist orical sites in Ayudhaya Province.
“Visiting Amphawa with Expressway on Mother’s Day”
The Company brought 45 motorists from 15 families to jointly experience theriverside way of life and visit Amphawa floating market in Samut Songkram Province in order to strengthen family relationship on the occasion of the National Mother’s Day.
“Safe Driving with Expressway No. 2”
The Company, in association with the Department of Land Transport and FM 91 Traffic Radio, organized the “Safe Driving with Expressway No. 2” project continuously from the year 2007, by providing training and knowledge relating to driving with safety and fuel saving as well as encouraging compliance with traffic rules, with a number of persons interested in such training.
2.Good Relationship with Shareholders
“Company Visit” activity
The Company organized the “Company Visit” activity by bringing the group of 191 shareholders to visit the Company as the operator of the Si Rat Expressway and the Udon Ratthaya Expressway, by visiting the control center of the Si Rat Expressway and routes as well as tourist attractions at the end of the Expressway at Bangsai Arts and Crafts Centre of H.M. Queen Sirikit of Thailand for shareholders to well understand the business operations and to ensure good relationship between shareholders and the Company.
3.Promotion of Learning to Youths
“Learning Sufficiency Economy with Expressway”
The Company organized this activity for 2 times. The first, took the group of 115 teachers and students from Wat Phasuk Manichak School to visit the Royal Chitralada Projects at the Royal Dusit Palace for youths to learn the utilization of natural resources and agricultural factors for the utmost benefit and to raise their awareness in relation to sufficiency economy.
The second, The Company took the group of 60 teachers and students from Samakhomsatreethai School to visit the rice farming demonstration of Teacher Thani in Pathum Thani Province for youths to be aware of value of Thai rice, rice farming and to raise their awareness in relation to sufficiency economy.
“Books for Students in the Southern Border”
The Company, in association with FM 91 Traffic Radio, Ministry of Education, Generali Insurance and Thai Airways, organized the “Books for Students in the Southern Border” project, to accept donation of books at every Toll Plaza to be provided to schools in the three Southern border provinces which were destroyed by arson causing damage to teaching materials, namely, Narathiwat, Yala and Pattani Provinces.

“Expressway Promotes Thai Traditional Arts No. 2”
The Company took children and staff of EXAT, children of polices of Expressway Police Station 2 and children of the Company’s staff to watch the Thai puppet (Joe Louis) performance, “Phra Aphai Mani in the scene of Sud Sakorn”, to encourage youths to learn Thai theatrical puppetry and puppetry skills and to strengthen relationship among three agencies at the Nattayasala Hun Lakorn Lek (Joe Louis) Theater.

“Watch Movies with Expressway” to Encourage Youths
to Learn Thai History
“Watch Movies with Expressway” activity was one of the expressway projects to improve the quality of life, by taking 240 students and teachers of Wat Uthaitharam School to watch a historical movie “The Legend of King Naresuan Episode 1” to instill in Thai youth loyalty to the nation, have unity and have knowledge relating to Thai history.
“Expressway Invites Children to Adventure at The Robot Zoo”
The activity “Expressway Invites Children to Adventure at The Robot Zoo” was organized to support youths in outdoor learning during the school vacation by taking children of police officers of the Expressway Police Station 2 and children of BECL’s staff, totaling 52 persons, to participate in the Walk Rally and visit the Robot Zoo at the Bangkok Children’s Discovery Museum.
“Miracle Artists with Expressway”
The activity “Expressway Invites Kids to Draw” was organized to enhance the skills of arts for children with basic skills of arts from Setsatian School for the Deaf and Home for Children with Disabilities Nontapum via work shop, whereby it was honored to have Khun Pattareeda Prasantong (Pang), a famous illustrator, teach drawing to the children at THIRD PLACE, Thonglor. In this regard, some drawings of children were made as New Year cards and printed on cloth bags for using in environmental preservation activities.
“Expressway Promotes Thai Traditional Arts”
The Company organized the “Expressway Promotes Thai Traditional Arts” event for 350 students from Wat Sadet Community School to watch the Thai puppet (Joe Louis) performance, “The Myth of Rahoo and the Lunar Eclipse”, to encourage students to learn Thai theatrical puppetry and the puppetry skills and to try the puppeteering at the Naatayasala (Joe Louis) Theater, Suanlum Night Bazaar.
2.Thank You Motorists Activities
“Safely Drive with Expressway”
The Company in association with FM 91 Traffic Radio and the Department of Land Transport provided training and knowledge to female motorists in all kinds of vehicles by guest speakers from the Department of Land Transport on driving skills as well as various tips and trouble-shooting in case of emergency.
“Expressway Invites Moms & Kids to Cook”
To strengthen family relationship and welcome the National Mother Day, the Company then organized the activity “Expressway Invites Moms & Kids to Cook”, by inviting mothers and kids to jointly cook easy Japanese food, hosted by Khun Ja-Yossinee Na Nakhon, famous producer and MC, graduated from the Institute of Culinary Art of California, the United States of America.
“Watch Movies with Expressway No. 2” as Thankful Activity for Motorists
The Company organized the activity “Watch Movies with Expressway” No. 2 to extend thanks to expressway users by inviting them to watch the movie “The Legend of King Naresuan” Episode 2:Reclaimation of Sovereignty, at Esplanade Cineplex.
3.Environmental Support Activities
“Expressway Promotes Environmental Preservation”
The activity “Expressway Promotes Environmental Preservation” was organized to build up awareness of environmental preservation and realize the significance of environmental problems by taking the Company’s staff to learn and study at “Laem Phak Bia Environmental Study, Research and Development Project under His Majesty the King’s Initiative” in Phetchaburi Province and jointly plant mangrove forest for environmental conservation.
4.Support for Scholarship
BECL grants scholarship to youths
Throughout the year 2007, the Company has shown support for youth’s education. BECL granted scholarship to the employees’ children that received high academic marks and are still in elementary or secondary schools. Morover, the Company has granted scholarship to the Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology so as to support youths that display excellent academic performance and fine personal conduct but without the funds necessary to pursue further education.
5.Other Social Activities
“Good People…With These Hands” to Promote Good People in Society
The activity “Good People…With These Hands” was organized to present stories of those who contribute to the society without expecting any reward, whereby representatives of those who were ever on air in the program “With These Hands” on Channel 7 joined to talk about inspirations for doing their good deeds. In addition, many artists and stars also brought their beloved things, more than 50 items, for auction in order to contribute money for charity, such as, Pu-Anchali, Man-Wathanyu, Laura-Sasithorn, Piercher, Rose-Sirintip, etc., at the multipurpose hall, 1st floor, Central Plaza Ladprao.
